HOW DO I WORK WITH YOU?
We are appointment only. So you must book a consultation to speak with the lead designer. YOU MUST CALL ON TIME. This is very important. If you do not call at your scheduled time, you will have to RESCHEDULE. You can only reschedule twice.
HOW LONG DOES BRANDING TAKE?
Typically, the process usually takes three to four months. This is an investment. It depends on how fast we obtain information from the client.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Your investment is broken down into several payments. We will have easy installments for you to pay over time. However, the first payment is required to start the design process.
WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with WIX because it's easiest to navigate for our clients, however, we also design Shopify websites.

DESIGN PROCESS
BRAND DISCUSSION CALL & BRAND ASSESSMENT
Before we start, you will need to book a call with us. You will find the clarity you need to understand your brand. You aren’t serving the people whom you need to because you are unclear about who your audience is. Let's give you a BRAND that reflects this!
After, our call you will be given a brand assessment. This will provide an opportunity to evaluate the strength of your brand, understand its value, and your customers, and reposition the brand if need be.
CONTRACT, POLICY REVIEW & PAYMENT
Before we start the design process, you will be given a contract to sign.
The contract will discuss our agreement terms, what you will receive within your package, payment plan, and our policies as well as terms. It can be signed electronically.
The invoice will be attached. You can then make your payment via the link given through our company.
BRANDING, PHOTOGRAPHY, & WEBSITE DESIGN
After the 12 to 18 weeks we'll be working on your brand photoshoot, brand identity, website development, and brand assets. It's TIME to have a brand that works for you!
